Location near shopping street and Dotombori is mind-blowing! Hot spring, 10th-floor bath - super relaxing. Helpful staff, clean room, convenient amenities, PERFECT for exploring.

Overall we had a good stay. But this website booked.net had made a very big mistake. I booked a double room but when I arrive on that day, the receptionist said they receive booking was a semi double room which is a lot smaller than what I had booked, I paid for double room but this booked.net gives us semi double room, I have no choice to accept the smaller room. I have contacted booked.net customer service but they do not allow refund for the price difference even I have attached prove. Not recommend to use this website for hotel booking.

No cons regarding hotel. Only the website I use to book this hotel was miserable.
